A little about how I work

I qualified in Creative Kinesiology (CK) in 2009, and have found it to be an invaluable tool and great support in my life. It is a great blessing to share it with others.

Whilst my academic education was significantly scientific (graduating with an environmental degree), I find it particularly important to view the world and ourselves in a reverent and sacred manner. Science is now recognizing the validity of traditional, spiritual and indigenous approaches. Studies have proved that trauma is passed down through generations and that our environment and belief systems can have more influence on us, our biology and health than even our DNA.  Kinesiology is perfectly suited to gently uncover and work with unconscious beliefs and patterns that do not serve us.

I work with sensitivity, deep respect and a humorous touch. I believe we are all strongly influenced by our experience, our culture, our families and even our ancestors. Yet underneath all of those influences, experiences and fears is our wonderful, free, vibrant self bursting to be released and met.

I am a Registered Practitioner with the Creative Kinesiology Association and attuned to

Reiki level 3.
